Founding GTM
San Francisco Bay Area · Full time, Hybrid
About Tanagram
Tanagram's mission is to accelerate agentic coding.
We extract engineering learnings buried in codebases, code reviews, incident post-mortems, and Slack chats, turn them into real-time guardrails for coding agents, and double-check them in PRs — helping teams ship faster and avoid disaster.
We're building a small, diverse team of meticulous, high-agency people who care about making software development faster, safer, and more reliable.
About This Role
A hybrid between:
- Growth hacker
- PMM/strategist
- Technical-adjacent operator
Not a BDR role. Not a social media role. Not pure DevRel.
You will own a meaningful slice of GTM from 0 → 1.
This role can grow into Head of GTM or Head of Product Marketing.
Location: San Francisco, hybrid in-person

There's a lot of devtools companies. Many of them look the same, sound the same, feel the same. We think there's an opportunity to differentiate on those dimensions — something that's fun, quirky, a little provactive. Something that doesn't feel like tech-bro AI slop.
We want to build an iconic brand. And maybe we can do that with you.
